It is possible to assign images to your Option Values, though the images will ONLY appear when your Option Group is set to be displayed in Radio Button or CheckBox format. Generally, when an Option Value is assigned an image, that image will display to the left of the Option Value, serving as a small sample or indicator that represent the corresponding Option Value.
